The 19th Annual Workshop of the Long-range Research Initiative (LRI) programme of the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic) will take place in Brussels on November 15-16, 2017.
The workshop will feature a thematic session on the topic “Making Sense of Omics” and will showcase a poster session on recently started projects as well as a plenary session on finished projects.
On 15 November, participants are invited to join the networking session and poster presentation, followed by a gala dinner and the 2017 award ceremony.
On 16 November, the workshop plenary sessions and panels will highlight the following key project areas with focus on environmental and human health questions:
- Non-extractable residues
- Ecosystems services
- Chemical activity
- Biodegradation
- Bioaccumulation
- Carcinogenicity
- Inhalation nanotoxicology
